Moab Family Photographer | Arches National Park

I love being a Moab family photographer! This beautiful location is known for the stunning red rock landscapes that make a beautiful backdrop for your family photos. There are so many unique locations to shoot at amongst the iconic parks that are all 15 minutes out of town!

This stunning destination in southeastern Utah is such a perfect place to bring your family and great for anyone who loves to spend time in nature! Moab has so many fun activities such as hiking, biking, and river rafting. You can also visit local restaurants, shops, and museums. These are just a few of the many things to do in Moab. No matter what your interests are, there’s something for everyone!

Visiting Moab and Arches National Park

I always suggest that people visit Moab during the week, rather than on a weekend, if possible. Because it’s such a stunning location, the national parks are often crowded on the weekends! If you want to maximize your family vacation to Moab, I would definitely come during the week, and plan to visit in the fall or spring when the weather isn’t too hot. I’ve visited Moab dozens of times throughout my life, and I always love the visits in the spring and fall the most. This Family Session

The Corbo family’s session in Moab was so special to me. They drove (!) all the way from Florida to see the stunning landscapes here in Utah. Their session was filled with laughter, games, and sunrise snuggles. We carefully chose a location that was both easily accessible and had stunning views to showcase both the family and the beautiful landscape of southern Utah. As a Moab family photographer, I have tons of locations to choose from! We can always find the perfect location to take your family photos there.

Something I loved about this session was the outfit choices that the family made. The beautiful neutral colors in their outfits contrasted against the red rocks, and the textures they chose made for amazing depth in the photos. When taking your photos in Moab, I always suggest choosing clothes that make you feel confident and coordinate well with the landscape. I love to help families choose their wardrobe for their sessions.
