One thing I love about the colder months in Utah is shooting inside of the beautiful studios we have in the state! While the scenery outdoors is stunning, the simplicity of a studio is a beautiful way to make your family the focal point of your photos. White Space Studios Provo
When this family reached out to me about doing formal photos, I immediately knew that we needed to do their session at White Space Studios in Provo. It had just opened a month prior and I had been itching to shoot in their new south studio. The south light with the cyclorama wall couldn’t be better! It gave us an amazing blank canvas to work with to showcase this family.
Why I Love Studio Family Pictures
The majority of the families I photograph choose an outdoor location, but there is something so special about shooting in a studio. Not only is it easier (a place to change inside, temperature controlled, easy to find), but it’s something unique! The clean look of a studio is timeless and when your photos are printed, they will fit in seamlessly on your walls, no matter the style of your home decor. I also love how it pushes me creatively, allowing me to focus on your family completely as we shoot. You can also choose any style of dress or color palette when you have your photos taken in a studio!
